Shirt Printing Custom Graphics

Zimmer DesignZ is now offering custom t-shirts with your graphics.  Dye sublimation makes the ink bond with the material.  This creates a very durable design unlike other methods that crack and fade.  White shirt with your graphic in 8 x 10 for $20.  Family reunions, memorial shirts, team shirts or one  off customs we can handle it all.

Christmas BUSY!

WOW, over the last 2 days I have booked 8 hard hats and a baseball helmet.  Very busy airbrushing so everyone gets it by Christmas.  For those of you that ordered, thank you for the business.

Sublimation business expansion

I am happy to announce that we are expanding our business.  We are getting into Dye Sublimation. This will allow printing shirts, tiles, hats, mugs, phone cases, tablet cases and more. Dye Sublimation is a method of printing on man made fabrics and textiles. The ink bonds with the material making an almost indestructible picture. The only downside is printers cannot print  white so your color palette on dark colors is limited.

Get your phone case personalized with a photo. New Moms, get your baby bibs, blankets and more personalized with a name or photo.  Get your team or work shirts.  Need awards we can handle that also.

Just finished up another Texans hard hat.  Red, blue and Texans logo with a little sparkelescent bling.  Looks sharp.  Get your custom painted Texans hard hat.  Be a true fan and support your team in the good and the bad!

Working on a RC helicopter canopy this weekend and a skull welding helmet.  Good weekend for painting.  To cold outside to enjoy the outside world.  RC heli is getting a real flame job.  The welding helmet will have to memorials to friends lost.  Stay tuned for picks.
